Chirii cu 48% mai mici pe Calea Victoriei

In 2009, Calea Victoriei din Bucuresti s-a aflat in topul european la scaderea chiriilor pentru spatiile comerciale, cu o ieftinire de 48%. Acum cateva zile am facut un nou tur in cautare de spatii comerciale available for rent – in imobiliare munca de teren este foarte importanta. Sunt disponibile doar vreo 3-4 locatii cu suprafete intre 50 si 250 mp. Chiriile pentru spatiile comerciale bucurestene situate pe Calea Victoriei si Bd. Magheru au scazut anul trecut cu 48,1%, respectiv 44,80% conform studiului “Mari Artere Comerciale ale Lumii” realizat de Cushman & Wakefield. Google and Heineken study for branding

This week, were published the results from a test performed by Google Netherlands along with Matrixlab, Heineken and Twist, the Heineken’s agency. The goal was to find which are the effects of the paid ads on branding. All the parts involved were pleased by the results. As the methodology, they compared the effectiveness of search against other media and studies the interaction of search with other media.
