Chiriile pentru spatiile logistice s-au redus in medie cu 35% in 2009

In functie de locatie dar si de dotari, preturile solicitate in 2009 de catre proprietarii spatiilor logistice s-au diminuat cu 25-35%. Acest trend s-a mentinut si la inceputul acestui an astfel incat pentru spatii de depozitare preturile incep de la 2-3 eur/mp si ajung pana la 5-6 eur/mp pentru cele situate in Bucuresti. De obicei clientii care solicita un spatiu relativ mic de depozitare – 100 – 150 mp. au nevoie si de un spatiu similar pentru birouri. In 2009, Calea Victoriei din Bucuresti s-a aflat in topul european la scaderea chiriilor pentru spatiile comerciale, cu o ieftinire de 48%. Acum cateva zile am facut un nou tur in cautare de spatii comerciale available for rent – in imobiliare munca de teren este foarte importanta. Sunt disponibile doar vreo 3-4 locatii cu suprafete intre 50 si 250 mp. Chiriile pentru spatiile comerciale bucurestene situate pe Calea Victoriei si Bd. Magheru au scazut anul trecut cu 48,1%, respectiv 44,80% conform studiului “Mari Artere Comerciale ale Lumii” realizat de Cushman & Wakefield.
