How to love your life in tough times

This article is for my eyes – to remember what to do and also to share with you – it can really shift your perceptions. It’s all about how we focus. Usually, when things are tough we tend to let the events and feelings associated with them (the bad ones) take over. This way we indulge yourself in a negative pattern and almost forget about the gifts of life which are around us all the time. Continue reading How to love your life in tough times

15 Signs You’re an Entrepreneur

More and more articles about entrepreneurs and enterpreneurship can be founded here and today is not an exception. One of my oldest and ugliest beliefs – which was shifted was that the fittest people are not necessarily the smartest and succesful ones. Or something like wellness, fitness and muscles are not equal business success. Well, I don’t know how thos bel;ief was installed – probably from the childhood but the reality is that a great percentage of the most successful people I know are also avid sports doers. It’s not the majority, unfortunately, but if you don’t build your material wealth on super health, fitness and well being you miss incredible rewards.

From Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha

I am in the process of writing a social media book – it will be awesome and being at a chapter about the language in social media I sensed that it would be a good information to share what really means Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, Generation Z and Generation Alpha. Enjoy!

Baby Boomers: Now approaching and at retirement age, the “boomers” are those born in the decade following the end of World War II (aged roughly 50-70). They are considered a generation who have “had it all”, cosseted by parents who experienced the Great Depression and raised in the prosperous post-war era. Many benefited from free tertiary education and relatively low housing costs. Common put-downs range from ‘self-obsessed’ to ‘stuck in their ways’.

Generation X: Those born roughly between 1963-1980 (now aged 35s to mid-40s.) Gen-Xers are often labelled the “slacker” generation, uncommitted and unfocused. The “why me?” generation. They are the first generation to have experienced divorce on a large scale and are likely to have changed careers several times. While their parents grew up in the era of the Civil Rights movement, Xers are considered more likely to want to keep their heads down than to change the world. Why the next 100 years hold in our hands, pardon, start-up incubators

I’ve just written some food of thought and I am happy to share it with my online family. Now, we are living in an era where information is really at our fingertips and only if we are lazy or find excuses we don’t find what we need to take our life at superior levels.
