Tinie Tempah, the hottest male solo performer in the country after his sensational double-award winning performance at February’s Brit Awards, is to headline Saturday 18th June at the 2011 Manx Telecom Bay Festival.
After winning Best British Single for his number 1 hit, ‘Pass Out’ and Best British Breakthrough Act at the Brit Awards, Tinie Tempah has hit new heights after enjoying huge chart success in 2010 with ‘Pass Out’, ‘Frisky’, ‘Written In The Stars’, and ‘Miami 2 Ibiza’. His debut album ‘Disc-Overy’ was a number 1 smash and is still in the UK Top 10 album chart.
Tinchy Stryder has also enjoyed major success with a string of number 1 hits, ‘Take Me Back’, ‘Number 1’ and ‘Never Leave You’. His hit albums ‘Catch 22’ and ‘Third Srtike’ have made him a firm favourite on the UK dance scene.
Saturday’s ‘DanceFest’ begins with Ministry of Sound playing 2 hours of the Clubbers Guide with Tara McDonald as the sensational dance guest vocalist, during which sparks will fly with eye-popping angle-grinding routines, fire-eating, stilt walkers and hire wire artists.
This will be followed by another 2 hours of Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills gigging his sensational floor fillers, Tinchy Stryder will then take to the stage, followed by bill-topping Tinie Tempah. All seats are out for the DanceFest to give this Saturday night audience the full-on Dance Party Festival experience.
Promoter Jamie Irving said he was ecstatic that younger fans of the Bay Festival were getting the opportunity to see the very hottest artists here on the Isle of Man: “There’s no-one hotter than Tinie right now so I am very, very pleased we’ve been able to secure him for the Festival. With Tinie, Tinchy, Scott Mills and Ministry of Sound, Saturday 18 June will be the party of all parties that the Island’s young (and not so young) music fans will never forget.”
Acts already confirmed for the Friday and Sunday of the Festival include Peter Andre, Stacey Solomon, Lord of the Dance, Example and Cascada, One Direction as part of the Britain’s Got Talent meets X-Factor, with top comedians performing including Alan Carr and Dara O’Briain. Headline acts for Friday 17th June and Sunday 19th June will be confirmed later this month but Jamie revealed tantalisingly: “Rock and pop fans will not be disappointed. They can look forward to seeing some sensational artists!”

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find
this matter to be really something that I think I would
never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad
for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I’ll try
to get the hang of it!
