Despre piata creditelor ipotecare din Romania

Cu un ritm anual de crestere de pana la 75%, piata creditelor ipotecare din Romania nu reprezinta decat 3,4% din Produlul Intern Brut. Nivelul este extrem de mic fata de cel al statelor dezvoltate din Europa, unde imprumuturile pentru case au o pondere de 50% din PIB. Potrivit studiilor de piata, doar 5% din bucuresteni pot obtine imprumuturi de peste 100.000 de euro cu un grad de indatorare de 30%. Even in the most common situations I like to mix business and pleasure. So, in the middle of the day, 2 1/2 hours by car from Bucharest to Mamaia, 5 hours of conference, 3 hours sun & bath on the beach and after that, the road back to Bucharest. And this, in a middle of a working week.
