Estimare 2012 – Salariul mediu va atinge 3.000 de lei

Salariul mediu brut se va ridica la 3.000 de lei, iar pensia medie la 1.250-1.300 de lei, potrivit estimarilor ministrului Economiei si Comertului, Varujan Vosganian. “Tinta este sa ne apropiem de pozitia a saptea ca putere economica in UE. Estimam ca PIB-ul va creste de la 135 miliarde de euro, cit este in prezent, la 220 de miliarde de euro. De asemenea, in 2012, PIB-ul pe cap de locuitor va fi de 10.000 de euro. The number of building permits issued in Bulgaria dropped with 25% in Q1 2008

According with the British publication Overseas Property Professional, quoting the Bulgarian National Statistics Institute, in the first three months of this year, 3,505 construction permits in a total amount of 2.56 mil sqm were issued in Bulgaria. In the same period of 2007 were issued 4,637 permits covering 4.46 mil sqm which means a decrease in 2008 of 25%. The city Bourgas is the first with the most permits for construction (394) followed by Sofia (311) and Varna (236). Two thirds of the permits issued during Q1 2008 were for residential projects.
