Over the last 12 months I had various attempts to start an almost daily (you’ll find in the video below why I used the world ‘almost’) video series sharing personal development tips to be used by my online family.
I felt guilty for not having the right consistency and the reason is that I didn’t have the righ angle. So I’ve asked myself how to approach this thing the right way? My idea was to offer as much value but in a way to be unique and not simply copied from somebody else. So I’ve got the answer after asking myself a lot of times. You know, in average, 5 days a week I run or jog if you can say this early in the morning, immediatly after I wake up. It is by far one of the healthiest habit I have and also it is a kickstarter for many other beautiful things in my life. Over time, I’ve discovered that most of the high;y successful individuals from almost any walk of life walk/ run/ jog/ perform workout/ meditate or do something related as early they wake up in the morning.
So I said to myself to associate my running routine with sharing valuable info which can be used or adapted by everybody interested in living a more healthy and prosperous life. Most of the tips can be applied immediatly and they can be used anywhere in the world. I’ve called this “Running with Adrian” having the hashtag #runningwithadrian and … will see how far this will go. Every video will have a takeaway, an idea and for the first video this is that the success has already been modelled. If you want to be successful in something, find the best in the world at what you want to acvhieve, study them and apply their formula in your life. Enjoy!
