Being an avid traveler I’ve lost my luggage multiple times usually due to the fact that I’ve checked it very close to the moment of closing the flight. More, I remember the awesome guys from Alitalia who boarded me 10 minutes before departure in Cannes (the flight was closed) and the 0 customer oriented people from Easy Jet who closed the flight with me in the row to check-in in London.
