Recently I’ve decided to narrow the focus of my blog towards Entrepreneurship and to strive to add as much value possible to the ones aiming to have their own business or taking the existing one to the next level. One of the key issues for the local business these days is how to add new strings of income or even starting new ventures by exporting and/or importing.
Of course, imports and exports has to start with the basics and it is mandatory to have and master the newest information to get started properly.
Of course, there are hundreds and thousands of resources available online and also I recommend some academic stuff like a master or even an MBA but these are not mandatory. What is important is to gather the correct knowledge, apply and update it. I’ve stumbled two weeks ago upon a new guide called “20 Golden Keys to Going Global”which is a practical guide entitled for every entrepreneur who wants to start an import export business and business owners who want to expand into new markets.

Despre mindsetul de antreprenor
Recunosc ca sunt un fan al dezvoltarii personale. Nu am fost dintotdeauna asa. S-a intamplat in 2007 cand Petre Nicolae, trainer si owner CBC Romania mi-a vorbit despre ceea ce inseamna de fapt o cariera si cum trebuie construita caramida cu caramida. Stiam marea majoritate a lucrurilor pe care mi le-a spus dar nu chiar in acea forma si mi-am data seama atunci ca poti avea in orice moment toate piesele puzzle-ului de care ai nevoie si totusi sa nu stii cum sa le asezi astfel incat sa iasa imaginea corecta. In ianuarie anul acesta, la Londra, un specialist in coaching care colaboreaza cu Trump, Kiosaky si Branson spunea in cadrul unui seminar la care am participat ca reteta succesului sta in doua lucruri:
1. un mentor bun;
2. network-ul la care ai acces;
In internet marketing, de exemplu, secretul succesului este sta de cele mai multe ori in urmarea unor pasi/ sisteme care sunt recunoscute ca functioneaza: cum colectezi leaduri, ce comunici cu ele, ce oferte promovezi, s.a.
Ceea ce sta la baza tuturor aspectelor care tin de dezvoltarea unuj antreprenor si transformarea lui dintr-o simpla persoana intr-un model de succes este mindset-ul. Din pacate educatia pe care o primim in scoala, liceu, facultate, master si de ce nu, MBA trateaza foarte putin sau aproape deloc acest subiect. Si poate acesta este si motivul pentru care ne intalnim peste ani cu colegi care erau eminenti si aveau numai note mari insa care pur si simplu nu au gasit reteta succesului in viata.
Asa cum inteleg eu, mindset-ul este acea stare mentala care se afla la baza a tot ceea ce faci in viata: zambetul pe care il ai pe fata atunci cand te trezesti, gandurile care iti ocupa mintea, daca esti calat mental pe prosperitate sau supravietuire, struggle si altele asemenea. Putem scrie cateva sute de postari numai pe acest subiect insa nu este cazul acum. Ceea ce gandesti si vorbesti te va reprezenta mai devreme sau mai tarziu. Avand acces la foarte multe resurse de training pe dezvoltare personala si antreprenoriat voi include in viitor o parte din ele in programul editorial al acestui blog.
Pana la urma, procesul de invatare si acumulare de know-how este unul continuu si care tine atat timp cat vrei sa fii competitiv in ceea ce faci.
Acum aproape un an am intrat in comunitatea Bucharest Hubb si ma bucur ca exista astfel de locuri unde poti interactiona cu oameni pasionati de activitatea lor profesionala. Vlad Stan, initiatorul acestui proiect a lansat de curand Business Design Academy cu un pitch foarte interesant:
“Credem cu tarie intr-o noua generatie de antreprenori care sunt motivati de pasiunile lor, pot aduce imbunatatiri sustinute conditiilor de viata ale oamenilor si pot genera profituri nemaintalnite din activitatea lor.
Credem ca sistemul de invatamant trebuie sa fie rapid si ultra eficient si astfel toate seminariile noastre sunt pe o perioda de cateva zile in asa fel incat sa poti obtine rapid rezultate seminificative si de lunga durata.”

Usability Workshop on Saturday @ Bucharest Hubb with Thomas Binder

Follow-up primul curs social media pentru companii
La prima editie a acestui curs am avut cursanti din urmatoarele domenii de activitate: imobiliare, wellness, software de gestiune, educatie (invatamant superior), organizare evenimente, auto (import si service) si media (televiziune). Diversitatea de domenii a facut ca momentele de discutii pe anumite subiecte sa creeze plus valoare pentru toti participantii, inclusiv subsemnatul.
Concluzia si care este de fapt motorul care a facut ca acest curs sa ia nastere este ca indiferent de domeniul in care activam, este foarte important sa stim cum sa ne promovam prin social media si sa cunoastem resursele pe care le putem utiliza pentru a ne promova afacerile in acest fel.

What Are Vlogs – Video Blogs?
Vlogs means a number of webpages where videos are published instead of articles. For Search Engine Optimization reasons, and also to be as explicit as possible they are accompanied by photos, text and even comments to be able to be categorised better. This trend came from two directions:

The basics of a regular blog and of Vlog are the same but Vlogs seems simpler to manage. When you will join a video blogs community, the first step will be to create your own channel. After this step you will start organizing the data you have at disposal, like your favourite shows, podcasts and videos and also to upload your own and spread them all over the internet. Of course, anything depends on your interests. If you want just the whole world to see your new cat eaing and you gain 1 million visitors the result will be claps of hands from pet owners and pet lovers. The sme amount of visitors for a video pointing to something for sale can mean a lot of money in your pocket.
Vides should be included in any marketing and advertising campaign so knowing how to deal with them will be of a great help to you.
