Informatii – Bucuresti/ Zona de Nord
Pipera inregistreaza cea mai mare dezvoltare pe segmentele spatiilor rezidentiale, de birouri si de retail. Datorita amplasamentului situat in vecinatatea aeroportului, a noilor cladiri de birouri si a proiectelor de centre comerciale, proprietatile din aceasta zona sunt la mare cautare. Varietatea ofertelor vine in intampinarea si celor mai exigente gusturi. Zona beneficiaza de accesul facil catre centrul capitalei, dar si catre DN1. In plus, multitudinea de scoli, gradinite, spatii comerciale, clinici, ofera rezidentilor tot confortul si linistea de care au nevoie.Traficul este o problema generala a oraselor mari si nu mai putem spune ca reprezinta un impediment in achizitionarea unei proprietati. Avand in vedere ritmul de dezvoltare, zona este ideala pentru cei ce lucreaza in zona de nord a Capitalei si doresc sa locuiasca cat mai aproape de locul de munca, dar sa se bucure de o oaza de liniste si verdeata in momentul in care se intorc acasa. Au inceput deja lucrarile de imbunatatire pe DN1, atat pentru largirea sa, cat si pentru fluidizarea traficului venind dinspre Pipera, prin pasarele si un sens giratoriu. De asemenea, datorita dezvoltarii puternice a zonei, autoritatile locale au inceput proiectarea unui drum care sa mearga prin spatele comunei, plecand din soseaua Petricani, precum si largirea la 4 benzi si asfaltarea celor doua rute cu trafic intens: Sos. Pipera-Tunari si strada Erou Iancu Nicolae.

Ritmul accelerat de dezvoltare imobiliara in zona Pipera si traficul in crestere cu peste 30% fata de anii precedenti au impus din partea autoritatilor masuri de gestionare urbana menite sa usureze traiul in proaspata zona de lux a Capitalei. Proiectul municipalitatii, in colaborare cu Primaria Sectorului 2, privind “regandirea” infrastructurii in Pipera, este sustinut cu fonduri europene nerambursabile in valoare de 4,6 milioane de euro. Autorizatia de construire pentru pasajul subteran Pipera-Tunari, semnata de curand de primarul sectorului 2, Neculai Ontanu, reprezinta si avizul favorabil pentru demararea lucrarilor in infrastructura cartierului din zona de nord a Bucurestiului.
Cele mai multe investitii pe piata imobiliara romaneasca se fac in continuare in nordul Bucurestiului, zona Pipera-Tunari trecand pe primul loc din acest punct de vedere, dupa ce terenurile construibile, ramase libere in centrul Capitalei, au devenit tot mai rare. Este de asteptat ca segmentul rezidential de lux sa ramana concentrat si cu o preponderenta mai mica in centru. In ceea ce priveste clasa de mijloc, dezvoltarile rezidentiale sunt mai ales in proximitatea liniei de centura.
Locuitorii zonei Pipera se pot bucura de o sala de fitness World Class – Health Academy din ansamblul commercial Jolie Ville, iar in viitorul apropiat, un nou punct de atractie va apare pe harta zonei – parcul de distractii “The Kingdom of Camelot”, care se va intinde pe o suprafata de un hectar si va avea 12 castele medievale si va fi amplasat chiar vis-a-vis de Scoala Americana alaturi de o variata zona comerciala.

Piraeus Bank acquires 51% of Capital Partners

Piraeus Bank has just acquired, following a complex agreement that covers regional expansion, asset management and capital markets operations, 51% of Capital Partners and has an option for the remainder. Piraeus, listed on Athens stock exchange, is the 4th largest bank in Greece and a very strong player in the Balkans.

Gemenii Marii – a new residential development in Mamaia North, The Black Sea Coast, Romania

MB Dragan is the first Romanian company developing software for iPhone

The interactive advertising and mobile content advertising company MB Dragan developed the first software aplication which allow the users of Apple iPhone to use the Yahoo! Maps service which use, among others a detailed map of Bucharest. This was seen as an addition to the fact that Google Maps, the application already available for use with iPhone doesn’t include detailed maps of Romania or Bucharest. The application can be downloaded free of charge from the website maps.mobione.ro and works both on classic and 3G versions of iPhone and on the multimedia player iPod Touch. Mihai Dragan, the founder of the company stated for the Romanian newspaper Ziarul Financiar that Mobileone Maps was during a two weeks period the most popular software aplication from the Apple site. The aplication was launched at the beginning of June and attracted 8.000 visitors from 101 countries, more than 35% being from Unites States. The Romanian company has a turnover or 40,000 euroes in 2007 and aims to reach 400,000 in 2008, ending this year with a staff of 30 people. I wish much success to this venture and to the founder of it considering that both deserve full inclusion in the “Romanians of the day” category.

Tan Tan Beach Club – Mamaia, The Black Sea Coast, Romania

The weekend tourism is very developed in Romania and sometimes is the only possibility to take a break due to the extended working hours some of us have to face. During the peak periods, as are July and August for the seaside area, the price to be paid if you are a regular person and not a VIP owning a private jet is … to wait even for hours due to the traffic jams.



One of the nicest places where I like to “expose my skin in the Sun” is the Tan Tan Club which is a beach club. The music is excellent – good quality clubbing, the atmosphere is refreshing, live dubbing is on from time to time and is a place not to be avoided when visiting the Romanian Black Sea Coast.

Top 10 orase ca numar de locuitori din Romania

Articolul are la baza date publicate de Institutul National de Statistica la data de 14 iulie 2008 si concluziile sunt interesante: Dintre primele 10 orase, doar doua au cunoscut o crestere de 20.000 locuitori in ultimii trei ani si Timisoara care a crescut cu 9.000 locuitori.
 
Cum arata topul? Diferentele in plus sau minus sunt raportate fata de 1 ianuarie 2005.

Populatia Romaniei a fost la 1 ianuarie 2008 de 21,52 milioane locuitori fata de 21,63 milioane locuitori in 2005.  Din totalul populatiei, 44,9% traiesc in mediul rural.
 
Dintre cele 320 municipii si orase, 85,6% aveau, la 1 ianuarie 2008 o populatie sub 50.000 locuitori.
 
Salariul mediu net este cel mai mare in Bucuresti – 460 euro pe locuitor, urmat de Constanta si Prahova cu 347 euro pe locuitor.
